Training Course Location Options

In-Person Delivery at our Derby Training Centre

By default, our courses take place in-person at our Derby Training centre. There is nothing to beat the close interactive learning experience of being directly in the classroom with the trainer and similarly-minded delegates. At our Derby training centre you can also take advantage of our top-class facilities, described on our facilities page.

In-Person Delivery at your site

We understand that travelling to our training centre may represent considerable expense and inconvenience to your team. We can therefore also offer the option of delivery at your site, within the UK or internationally. You will need to provide a suitably equipped classroom and if practical demonstration facilities are required, we will need to discuss this to ensure that these are suitable for the technical content of the course.

Remote Delivery

We do offer the option of online delivery for some of our courses, which will be particularly appropriate if (international) travel to our site is difficult. However, we do repeat that the in-person experience is the best.

Standard Courses

Each of the course titles which you see described on this site has a standard content which we have judged to be the most likely best fit for the target audience within the UK main line industry. You can see a bullet-point content description, and you can contact us if you have further queries.

Open Courses

For the more popular of our Standard Course titles, we offer you the option of buying individual delegate places on preset course dates. This is ideally suited to the development of individuals or small teams.

Private Courses

Private courses are reserved exclusively for your delegates, and on an agreed date which suits you. You pay an “all-in” course cost, regardless of the number of delegates, which works out as excellent value for money. Private courses can also be delivered at your site or online.

Tailored Courses

Whether you want a minor adjustment to one of our standard titles, or a completely new course tailored exactly to a specific job role or technology, our wide experience across the industry enables us to tailor training for you, quickly and cost-effectively.

Course Licensing

If your organisation has internal trainers, it can be costly and time consuming to create training materials when the experts at Signet Solutions have done so already. We are happy to discuss the licensing of our copyright training materials for internal delivery within your company.
