Reuben joined the Company as Technical Director in February 2002. A skilled signalling engineer with experience in the Signalling Principles, Competence Assurance, Maintenance and Project Management. Reuben is a training professional with the ability to identify training needs, specify, develop and deliver training suitable for a wide range of the industry.

Experienced in designing and implementing appropriate assessment methods and systems, Reuben is a Chartered Engineer, a Member of the Institution of Electrical Engineers, Member of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers, has an Honours Degree in Electrical and Information Science, Assessors Award – A1, C&G award 7331 (Training Techniques) and Member of the Institute of Directors.
