Associate Training Consultant

Paul joined the Company as an Associate Consultant in December 2007. An experienced training establishment manager, he has well-developed team skills both in the military and civilian spheres and railway engineering. Competent as a qualified teacher, apprentice mentor, post graduate lecturer, and as an academic registrar.

Designed, bought, introduced and managed new and innovative training and education solutions; culminating in the “best practice” award from the Defence Training Review for work with Undergraduates at Southampton University, for which he received the OBE in 2003.

Paul has a BSc. Applied Physics (Honours), Qualified secondary school Teacher, Post Graduate Diploma in Nuclear Reactor Technology,MSc Nuclear Reactor Technology, RN Instructional Training Assessor, Qualified Nuclear Submarine Engineer, Qualified Steam Locomotive Driver (5 inch gauge).
