Office Manager

Karen joined the team in October 2002 as Admin/Finance Assistant and was promoted to Finance Manager in 2008.
As of January 2022 Karen has taken over the role of Office Manager and is responsible for the overall day to day administrative/financial control of the organisation including Sales, Resourcing, HR and Health & Safety.
Karen is the main contact for all sales enquiries and manages all training programmes for customers in the UK and overseas.
Karen is also Chief Fire-Warden and a Level 2 Mental Health Workplace Responder.
