Jonathan Tillin

Jonathan Tillin, the founder, set up the company in 1996 and has been involved in major projects at a strategic level within testing and commissioning and has developed detailed process documentation for Railway Administrations.

Jonathan has chaired the committee reviewing the Testing Licenses within the IRSE scheme and is passionate about personnel development matters. Jonathan stepped down from the Chair at Signet Solutions in May 2004 when Dr.John Penney took the Appointment as Chairman to take the Company forward. Jonathan retired from Signet Solutions in June 2010.
