Andy joined the Company as Operations Director in June 2001. He became Managing Director in July 2003. Andy has an excellent track record in delivering tailored training and development projects throughout the world. He is a highly skilled Signalling Engineer with 40+ years’ experience in the railway industry, with proven experience in Design, Implementation and Management of training and competence schemes.

He is a training professional with expert communications and organisational skills and a proven ability to work at a strategic level. Andy is a Fellow Chartered Director, he has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Studies. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineer and current President of that organisation, and is registered as Engineering Technician with the Engineering Council.
