Isobel joined the team as Office Manager in July 2001 when the Signet team grew and needed more assistance in administration and organisation as she has over 40 years’ experience. Isobel has managed training centres in the past within her role as Community Organiser for an Adult Education Training Centre.

Karen joined the team as Finance Manager in October 2002 as she had previously worked in a Finance role. Karen then became overall Office Manager in 2021 and is responsible for all the day to day administrative/financial control of the organisation. Karen is also Fire Warden for all delegates and staff.Click Here
Joanne joined the team as a Freelance Designer in June 2015. She has designed all our company materials including course folders, certificates and publications. She also designs our advertisements which are published in the IRSE News each month.Click Here
